Phase 3 of the New Providence Wharf regeneration scheme provided a 169 bedroom hotel with spa, restaurant, bar and conference facilities. The hotel straddles the North bore of the Blackwall Tunnel which required a complex build over agreement to be entered into with Transport for London. The project was delivered using a construction management procurement route which included provision of all FF& E and OS &E equipment and was completed within 24 months.

Refurbishment and extension of the former administrative building in central Prague to provide 80 executive apartments and suites along with bars and restaurant. The existing building which is heavily protected by the city historical department provided a number complex space planning and logistical challenges. The project was delivered using part main contractor and part construction management procurement route and included provision of all FF&E and OS&E equipment . The project was completed 18 months.
