A city centre mixed used development comprising 600,000 ft2 of grade A office space, hotel and 332 residential apartments. Phase 1 of the project comprised delivery the infrastructure necessary for the whole development including provision of structures to facilitate the new Birmingham metro scheme and major road re-alignment along with construction of the first office building. The project was delivered using part main contractor and part construction management procurement route and was completed in 36 months.

Conversion of the former Westminster Hospital to provide 120,000 sq ft headquarters for a government agency. The project which include a full CAT B fit out on behalf of the tenants was delivered using a construction management procurement route and completed in 15 months.
