Forming part of the bull ring centre re-development the store provides one of each the anchor units covering an area of 269,000 sq ft with 4 floors of retail space each designed by a different interior designer. A major feature of the building is the silver rain screen floating over a rich Yves Cllen blue substrate made up of 18,000 spun aluminium disks. Completed in 2003 the building has become one of the land marks of Birmingham

Phase 1 of a mixed use riverside development in central Bratislava Slovakia comprising a super regional retail centre with 500,000 sq ft of retails space, luxury riverside apartments, commercial office space and 260 room hotel. The project was being delivered using part main contractor and part construction management procurement route and completed in spring 2010.
